Over several years, ANZ engaged greater group to evolve its retail network into flexible, customer-first environments. The objective was to create a unified design language adaptable across large flagships, compact regional branches and temporary kiosks — balancing warmth, operational efficiency and digital capability within a cohesive national framework.
Modular And Customer-Centred Design
We developed a modular retail banking system adaptable by footprint and function. Westfield Parramatta introduced integrated Home Loans and branch services within welcoming consultation zones, while Figtree Grove applied the same DNA in a compact Alpha format. Portable kiosks extended full-service banking into fast-deployment environments.
